Blount Mansion Internships Available!

 

 

Purpose: Interns will support the Blount Mansion's educational programming. Students will assist with all aspects of program development, marketing, lesson plans, and implementation and evaluation of programs.  Interns will also be trained as tour guides and will conduct small group tours of the Blount Mansion.

 

 

 

Time commitments; 16-24hrs/week

 

Schedule: Flexible during work 9AM-5PM and occasional Saturdays.

 

 

Qualifications: Experience and interest in education in a museum setting. Background or interest in working with children and adult groups. Excellent communications skills, Professional demeanor, Background in History, Education or Museum Studies preferred. Send cover letter, resume and references to:
